  1. The assignor authorizes the capture, reproduction, and publication of their image, and transfers their image rights to the assignee for dissemination through any means of communication and/or advertising and promotional support.
  2. The assignee has the power to transfer to third parties the rights assigned to them for the purposes of the assignment.
  3. The transfer of image rights is unlimited.
  4. The geographical scope of the transfer of rights is unlimited.
  5. The authorization and transfer of image rights are free of charge.

The assignor is aware that personal data obtained through this website will be processed based on their consent in accordance with the requirements of current legislation on the protection of personal data and in accordance with the purposes described above. Autorització i cessió de drets d’imatge del cedent per a qualsevol de les accions de màrqueting portades a terme pel cessionari, en el mar del desenvolupament de la seva activitat.

  1. El cedent autoritza la captació, la reproducció i la publicació de la seva imatge, i cedeix els seus drets d’imatge al cessionari per a la seva difusió en qualsevol mitjà de comunicació i/o suport publicitari i de promoció.
  2. El cessionari té la facultat de cedir a tercers els dret cedits al seu favor per  la realització de les finalitats de la cessió.
  3. La cessió dels drets d’imatge és il·limitat
  4. L’àmbit geogràfic de cessió dels drets és il·limitat.
  5. L’autorització i la cessió de drets d’imatge tenen caràcter gratuït.
